This refreshing 3-Ingredient Watermelon Juice is a simple and hydrating drink perfect for hot days. Made with just seedless watermelon, a touch of lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt, it’s easy to prepare and naturally sweet. You can enjoy it as is or strain for a pulp-free texture. Chill before serving to enjoy a cool, revitalizing beverage.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into cubes, about 8 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
  • A generous pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep watermelon: Cut up or scoop out the flesh of the watermelon into cubes and place into the blender. If using seeded watermelon, remove seeds as much as possible before adding.
  2. Add lime juice and sea salt: Pour lime juice and add a pinch of sea salt to the blender with the watermelon. These ingredients are optional but enhance the flavor.
  3. Blend the juice: Blend the mixture for 45 seconds to a minute until smooth. Use a blender tamper at the beginning if needed to get the watermelon moving.
  4. Strain if desired: For a pulp-free juice, strain through a fine mesh strainer or a nut milk bag. Otherwise, leave as is for a more natural texture. Stir or shake before serving if unstrained, as separation will occur.
  5. Chill and serve: Transfer the juice to a jar or pitcher and refrigerate until cold. Alternatively, serve immediately over ice for a refreshing drink.

Notes

  • If you don’t have seedless watermelon, remove seeds carefully before blending.
  • Adjust lime juice according to your taste preference.
  • The sea salt enhances the sweetness and balances the flavors but can be omitted for a pure fruit juice.
  • For best results, chill watermelon before blending to make the juice colder without dilution.
  • The juice may separate after sitting; stir well before serving.
