Sweet, creamy Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats with a graham cracker crust, perfect for a wholesome and delicious breakfast. This easy no-cook recipe combines ripe banana, oats, chia seeds, vanilla Greek yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup, all soaked overnight for a creamy texture. Ideal for meal prep and enjoyed straight from a mason jar.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons milk

For the Banana Oats:

  • ½ large ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup oats (quick, minute, or rolled)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

For the Creamy Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt

Optional Toppings:

  • Sliced bananas
  • Crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a 10 oz mason jar or a glass container, combine the graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix until the crumbs are moist but not overly wet. Press the mixture gently into the bottom of the container using a spoon to create an even crust layer.
  2. Mix Banana Oats: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, ½ cup milk, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the oats, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder, then stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
  3. Combine and Chill: Pour the oat mixture over the graham cracker crust in the mason jar. Cover the jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, allowing the oats and chia seeds to soak and soften.
  4. Add Toppings & Serve: In the morning, top the chilled oats with the remaining 2 tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt. Optionally, add sliced bananas and crushed graham crackers on top for extra flavor and texture. Enjoy directly from the jar.

Notes

  • Use quick, minute, or rolled oats according to preference; rolled oats provide a chewier texture.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup or substituting with honey or agave syrup.
  • For a dairy-free version, replace milk and Greek yogurt with plant-based alternatives.
  • Overnight oats can be prepared in advance and stored refrigerated for up to 2 days.
  • Add nuts or seeds as extra toppings for crunch and nutrition.
