Ingredients

Vegetables and Beans

  • 5-6 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can black beans (15 ounce can), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn (14 ounce can), drained
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

Seasonings and Dressing

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing (e.g., Wishbone Robusto Italian)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the diced roma tomatoes, drained and rinsed black beans, drained corn, diced red onion, diced avocado, diced green bell pepper, and diced jalapenos. Stir gently to combine all the fresh ingredients evenly.
