- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
Seasoning and Sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes evenly into the bottom of your crockpot, creating the base for the slow-cooked meal.
- Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Stir well to create a flavorful garlic parmesan sauce.
- Combine: Pour the prepared garlic parmesan mixture over the chicken breasts and potatoes, ensuring everything is nicely coated and seasoned.
