4.1 from 1 review

This Sugar Free Sorbet is a refreshing and healthy dessert made from fresh or frozen raspberries, naturally sweetened with a monk fruit and allulose blend. It’s quick to prepare, requiring only a few simple ingredients and is perfect for a guilt-free treat that’s bursting with berry flavor and naturally low in sugar.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes (plus freezing time if using fresh berries)
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Water (as needed to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Freeze Fresh Berries: If using fresh raspberries, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the berries in a single layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. This step ensures the sorbet has the right texture.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Place the frozen raspberries, lemon juice, and Besti powdered monk fruit allulose blend into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to incorporate all the fruit and sweetener.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If the sorbet is too thick, add water a little at a time to thin it out until you reach your preferred texture. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sweetener.

Notes

  • Use frozen raspberries if you want to skip the freezing step.
  • Adjust sweetener quantity based on personal taste or sweetness of berries.
  • For a smoother texture, blend longer to fully break down the seeds.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve style or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer sorbet texture.
  • Best served cold and fresh for optimal flavor.
