4 from 10 reviews

A refreshing and flavorful iced latte combining the rich taste of espresso with the bright, fruity notes of raspberry syrup and smooth vanilla undertones, topped with cold milk for a perfect summer caffeine kick.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

Espresso and Syrup

  • 2 shots brewed espresso (2 to 3 oz)
  • 2 oz raspberry syrup

Other

  • Ice (enough to fill a 16 oz glass)
  • 8 oz milk (any variety, such as whole, skim, almond, oat, or soy)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass and Espresso: Fill a 16 oz glass with ice. Pour the 2 shots of freshly brewed hot or cold espresso over the ice.
  2. Add Raspberry Syrup: Stir in 2 oz of raspberry syrup with the espresso and ice to blend the flavors evenly.
  3. Add Milk and Mix: Pour 8 oz of your preferred milk into the glass. Stir thoroughly until the milk, syrup, and espresso are fully combined to create a harmonious iced latte.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed espresso for the best flavor; cold brew can be substituted for a smoother taste.
  • Adjust the amount of raspberry syrup to taste if you prefer less sweetness or a stronger raspberry flavor.
  • Any milk variety works; dairy and plant-based milks alter the flavor and creaminess.
  • For a vanilla touch, use vanilla syrup or vanilla-flavored milk.
